How do I login to my Dashboard?

First let's make sure you are in the right place! You can always reach the login by clicking the "blue box" on the left under the logo. To be 100 percent sure...always go to my.bigsunday.org first and then click the blue box.

From the login page, use your login ID (your email address) and password that you received after the "Captain First Login" process.

If you never received your "Captain First Login" email with your login ID and information about setting your password, do not worry! Just click here and enter your email address (if you have more than one you may have to try each). You will be sent a temporary password. Now click here to login.

If your login ID is "not found" please contact berenice@bigsunday.org and he will send it your way ASAP or create a new login/password on the spot! You can then use this information to access your Captain Dashboard.

I'm not receiving any emails from Big Sunday.

There is always the possibility that the emails may be marked as SPAM and sent to your junk mail box. Please make sure to include BigSundayAdmin@bigsunday.org in your acceptable email list (whitelist) or any email from bigsunday.org. How do I know when somebody has signed up for my project?

Whenever a volunteer signs up, you should receive a notification via email. When you login to your Captain Dashboard you will be able to see the information for each Volunteer (including how many others they are bringing).

Where can I find the documents/information I need for my project?

Login to your Captain Dashboard. At the bottom under "Captain Information and Documents" will be all the information you need for Big Sunday Weekend including handbooks and forms.

Am I the Captain for my project? How can I tell?

When you login to your dashboard, look under My Projects. You will see the term "Role". If you are noted as "Captain" then you are indeed the Captain for this project (there can be more than one as well). If you are the captain and it states that you are not, please contact berenice@bigsunday.org and we'll make sure that you are!

My Captain (or someone else) has signed me up for a project...how do I obtain a login?

If someone else has signed you up for a project, there is a great chance you are already in the my.bigsunday.org system! Click here and enter in your email address (if you have more than one you may have to try each). If you are in the system, you will recieve your login/password at the same email address you entered. If you continue to recieve an error, contact nick@bigsunday.org and we can check if you are in the system or create a new login for you on the spot!
